WDU apartments

WDU apartments

We are proud to offer one- and two-bedroom apartment homes to residents in accordance to the Fairfax County Workforce Dwelling Units program. All of our apartments come with high-end finishes, exposed concrete ceilings, oversized windows, and access to all the amenities found at Three Collective.

Applicants interested in a WDU unit will apply directly on our website and must pass the community's screening credentials. While anyone can apply to a WDU apartment, applicants who live and work in Fairfax County and disabled persons will be given priority. Applicants must make at least 2.5x the base rent as well as not exceed the maximum income level. The maximum income level is based off of the total number of occupants in the apartment.
